In 2011, in order to reduce its costs and in the interests of optimisation, Patrimonia decided to internalise its administrative management, under the leadership of Sylvie Jaton, assisted by a team of qualified staff.

This approach is in line with the commitment to offering the affiliated companies, insured persons and agents a modern pension fund that is attuned to the specific needs of each client. Comprising around twenty employees, the staff are organised into two divisions, one marketing, the other technical and administrative.
