GOVERNANCE AND ORGANISATION

Clear Organisation

Sustainability, proximity, quality: key values of an occupational pension scheme

At Patrimonia, good governance is at the centre of all we do and entails strict adherence to the legal requirements of loyalty and integrity as well as the rules of conduct and our clear values. We attribute our success and continued existence to this sound approach.

We are proud to promote total transparency, the absence of conflicts of interest and independence as fundamental principles. Our mission is to offer you a clear governance structure based on the fundamental values of sustainability, proximity and quality. Our aim is to provide you with a personalised service that is tailored to your needs.

A strong organisation for optimal risk management

In order to strengthen our organisation and manage our risks, we have implemented a rigorous quality control system. In 2010, we were the first private collective scheme in French speaking Switzerland to obtain the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 international certification. We accordingly ensure that our organisation implements the best practices for quality management, a crucial issue for pension schemes nowadays.

By consolidating our governance rules and strengthening our IT infrastructure security, we are making a contribution to the satisfaction of our insured members and affiliated companies. We welcome the involvement and commitment of our employees by encouraging them to submit their ideas and suggestions, which play an essential role in driving continuous improvement.

“Our quality system enables us to strengthen our organisation and manage our risks.”

Internal control system

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is tangible evidence of our desire to optimise the management of our services in order to offer you the best. We are also implementing an internal control system with the aim of optimally managing and monitoring the pension scheme by protecting the interests of the affiliated employers and insured members. The main purpose is to improve our performance without deviating from the established legal rules and statutes.

Our governance structure specifies the allocation of rights and responsibilities among the board, its committees, management, employers and insured members as well as all the stakeholders. The Patrimonia Foundation may take advantage of the main seals of approval that are currently used in the Swiss pension fund sector. For us, it is a way of showing our commitment to good governance, and of demonstrating, if necessary, our quality approach.
