Dear affiliated companies and partners,

As the year 2025 draws to a close, the Patrimonia team looks back with pride and gratitude on the path accomplished. This year has been one of movement, renewal and inspiration.

During our 10th edition of Trait d’Union, devoted to “AI Generations”, we shared a fascinating morning on the challenges of artificial intelligence. This gathering confirmed how curiosity, openness and the desire to learn together remain at the heart of our DNA.

2025 also marks a symbolic milestone for our governance. After more than twenty years of unwavering commitment, Yves Cuendet will be leaving the Foundation Board at the end of the year. His exacting standards, humanity and collective vision have profoundly shaped Patrimonia. Thank you, Yves, for this lasting and inspiring legacy.

At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Anita Sategna, our new Head of Quality, Risk and Compliance. Her expertise will further strengthen the solidity and transparency of our governance — values that form the strength and reputation of our Foundation.

Many of you also took part in our spring survey, and your feedback has particularly moved us: the quality of our support, our availability and our attentiveness were praised by a majority of respondents. Thank you for this confidence — it encourages us to go even further in simplifying and digitalising our services.

Finally, we are delighted to welcome Olivier Hofmann and Loredana Andreani to our team. Their experience and sense of service will be valuable assets as we continue to support you with professionalism and proximity.

At Patrimonia, we move forward with a simple conviction: pension provision is above all a human matter. Thank you for being part of this collective adventure and giving it meaning day after day.
