Dear Insured Members, Dear Affiliated Members and Partners,

The Patrimonia Foundation is entering a new phase of its development and is preparing, with calmness and transparency, the succession of its Executive Management. This transition process will take place in stages, with full respect for continuity, in order to guarantee our insured members, affiliated companies and partners stable and efficient management.

After more than 20 years of leadership, Ms Sylvie Jaton, Chief Executive Officer, has announced her planned departure in January 2028. She will remain in her position until that date to ensure a smooth transition and to guide the Foundation through this new strategic phase.

As of 1 January 2026, the Foundation Board has appointed a new generation of leaders to take over. This team has already been working within the Foundation for several years and fully embodies the values of rigor and proximity that have made our institution strong.

A new generation of leaders

  • Mr Eddy Benvegnen, currently Director for more than 20 years, assumes the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. His extensive experience and involvement in the Foundation’s major projects will ensure a harmonious transition, while bringing new momentum to strategic management.
  • Mr Samuel Fauche, Head of Investments, is promoted to Director and will continue to oversee the Foundation’s investment strategy.
  • Mr Ludovic Brau, Actuary and Head of Products, is appointed Deputy Director and will continue to lead the development of pension solutions.

This team, already familiar with the challenges and values of the Foundation, will ensure continuity in ongoing projects and the stability of the institution. We are confident that this process will strengthen the Foundation’s long-term sustainability and performance, while preserving the values of transparency and rigor that are dear to us.

The Foundation Board and Executive Management sincerely thank all affiliated companies, insured members and partners for their trust and look forward to continuing this great journey together.
