The Patrimonia Foundation is in good financial health

Dear affiliated companies and partners,

2021 was an excellent year for pension funds! In terms of financial performance of course, but also in terms of adaptive performance.

Despite the difficulties in our professional and personal life as a result of this never-ending crisis, we continued to emphasize our core values to ensure the continuity of the Foundation’s activities: adaptability, listening, empathy, solidarity and trust are the keywords that have resonated in the ears of all our employees during this/these strange year(s).

We have devoted all our energy to paying particular attention to our clients, beneficiaries, companies, insured members and employees who have had to adapt to the new normality imposed by this pandemic: being present and easily contactable, promoting the use of digital tools, such as video conferencing, live web for insured members, live web for employers.

As a result of this collective commitment, we are also pleased to confirm to you that the pension fund is in good financial health. We accordingly invite you to glance through this new edition of Links and peruse the key figures of our Foundation: a balance sheet approaching 2.5 billion, very satisfactory ratios, unwavering growth, and employees who are more competent than ever.

The greatest reward is that the situation is fortunately improving and we are pleased to invite you to our information sessions on 16 and 18 May 2022 in order to meet you, resume the dialogue, present the previous year’s balance sheet to you and answer your questions.

On this occasion, a very special guest, Mr. Yvan Bourgnon, a distinguished sailor, will come and talk to us about his new environmental challenge: the fight against marine plastic pollution.

This invitation is part of a strategic approach that aims to direct the Patrimonia Foundation towards sustainable development: by the very nature of its existence, the Foundation is responsible for the impact of its activity on the social front, but its responsibility also extends to the importance it attaches to environmental protection.

Happy reading and see you soon,

Sylvie Jaton, Managing Director
